In addition, we offer mobile homes of all ranges and sizes and for all budgets. In our campsite, you will be welcome. We do not have a policy of selling mobile homes and asking you to change them contractually every 5 years but we are loyal to our customers. Your mobile home can stay as long as the latter is the subject of regular maintenance “in good father”. Terms and conditions
Our rental agreement specifies the contractual terms between the company and the tenant.
Plot Rental
- You are the owner of your second home, chalet or mobile home of – 10 years 2nd or 3rd generation.
- You can rent your property (see our conditions)
- You do not have a property tax, nor a taxe d’habitation
- Take advantage of the various facilities and activities of the campsite including the heated indoor pool and fishing in our lake (from mid-April to late-September according to Attendance) .
- It includes 6 persons named in the contract (plus your children and grandchildren under 3 years old), a passenger vehicle, a sufficient water and electricity package for leisure use, access to the services of the campsite.
The rent
- from 2549 € for a plot of 100 m² including the new rate of 10%.
- Parcelles available from 100 to 200 m².
- Parcelles delimited and very well maintained area, indoor pool open halfway April to the end of September, aquatic area in summer, fitness room, children playground, trampoline …. You will have the possibility to put your mobile home for rent in July and August.
